Holly Cleckler Espinosa, PT, DPT Founder of Doc Holly Fit
I’m a licensed physical therapist, strength coach, and mom.
I created Fit Mom Club because I saw a huge gap between postpartum rehab and real strength training.

Do I need to be recently postpartum?
No. Many women join 1–5+ years postpartum.
Is this safe if I have past injuries or core issues?
Yes. The program is designed by a physical therapist and can be modified as needed.
Is this a beginner class?
It’s beginner-friendly but not beginner-only. Many members are returning lifters who want to train intelligently.
Will I still feel challenged?
Absolutely — just in a way that builds muscle instead of burning you out.
How many people are in a class?
Capped at 6 Mamas to maintain the private and personalized setting.
