Meet the team behind the strength. We’re a passionate crew of coaches dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger, and reach your goals with confidence.

Holly

Holly is a licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami and a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Prenatal/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). With a diverse and science-based background, Holly approaches fitness and rehab through a well-rounded, strategic lens.

She is passionate about helping clients move better, lift with purpose, and build strength that lasts. Holly believes that weightlifting is one of the most powerful tools for aging well, transforming the body, and staying pain-free, especially through major life phases like pregnancy and motherhood. Her mission is to empower others to train smart, move mindfully, and unlock their full potential inside and outside the gym.

Braulio

Dr. Braulio Espinosa is a licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a B.S. in Kinesiology with a Minor in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami. His passion for strength training began in undergrad and has shaped his holistic, science-based approach to fitness ever since. Braulio specializes in muscle building, fat loss, and injury prevention, helping clients train with intention and move with confidence. His programs combine clinical expertise with practical coaching, empowering clients to lift safely, build resilience, and perform their best at every stage of life.

Julia

Julia didn't start lifting to change how she looked. She started because she wanted to get faster.

Soccer and track in high school were the first time she walked into a gym with a real goal. Be more explosive. Be more powerful. Her training reflected that, and she watched it show up on the field and on the track. That was the moment fitness clicked. It was never about shrinking. It was about what her body could actually do.

That's still how she coaches. Every exercise has a reason, and her clients know what it is. She doesn't have anyone moving just to move. She trains with intention, so her clients build something that lasts instead of burning an hour.

Julia earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Miami, where she's now working toward becoming a Physician Assistant. She wants to spend her career in the space where medicine and movement meet, because those two things shouldn't live in separate rooms.

Whether the goal is strength, body composition, or feeling genuinely good in your body, Julia will always show you the why behind every rep.

Corrine

Gymnastics gave Corinne a love of movement. And a body she had to learn how to rebuild.

Years in the sport left her with hip and low back injuries, and eventually surgery. Coming back meant relearning how to move from the ground up, which is exactly what sent her into physical therapy school. Movement stopped being something she just did and became something she had to understand.

Now she coaches with that same lens. Most people who find Corinne aren't injured, not exactly. They're active. They run, they lift, they play. But something's been off for months, and nobody's given them a straight answer. Usually that's not a damaged joint. It's a movement pattern, a compensation nobody ever screened for.

So she doesn't hand you a program and walk away. She finds the why underneath, fixes the pattern, and builds strength that actually holds.

Corinne is a CSCS with five years of coaching experience, finishing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She works in the space between rehab and performance, with people who love being active and want to keep doing it for decades.

Her belief is simple. Your body isn't broken. It just needs a better plan.
